This Oyster Perpetual Ref. 1002 was manufactured in the early 1960s.
The dial seems to have been redone, but the design is faithful to the original. The dolphin-shaped long and short hands, which were no longer used in the mid-1960s, the symmetrical design with no date display, and the domed windshield made of reinforced plastic combine to create a nice atmosphere.
The movement is a Cal. 1560 with a low beat of 18,000 vibrations per hour.
The bracelet is not marked with a reference number, but the FF is 57 and the year code is 63/4.
Overhauled at our workshop in September 2024.

There are a few dents and overall fineness, but no damage that would detract from the ambience.
