There is some damage to the dial at 8 o'clock. Overall, the watch retains its sharp original shape and is in good condition overall.
The watch is not water resistant, so please avoid using it outdoors in hot or cold weather, as well as in rain or damp weather.
The strap and pin buckle have been replaced with new genuine ones.
Among the most famous non-Oyster collection of Cellini watches by Rolex, the King Midas is named after King Midas, a character in Greek mythology who turned everything he touched into pure gold.
The design, which is said to have been inspired by the Parthenon by Maestro Geraldo Genta in the early 1960s, is a masterpiece that is not only simple and instantly recognizable, but also eccentric, with a universality that makes one feel the passage of time over the past 60 years. It is one of the rare masterpieces of its kind.
