We will take a separate action only in the following cases.

The condition of the item is evaluated by the following ranks. Although we evaluate the condition accurately according to our standards, it is subjective, so please think carefully before placing your order. Please refrain from purchasing if you are nervous or demand perfection. Please note that online shopping and mail order sales are different from door-to-door sales and catch sales, and are not regulated by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions), so the cooling-off period does not apply.

B: Item that has been used and scratched on a daily basis, but is in good enough condition to be used.
C: The item has a darker color and a sense of use, with many scratches and stains that are noticeable, and requires repair.
